The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves maintaining, repairing, and improving various systems and equipment within our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for all. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance tasks and inventory. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively. Fabricate parts as needed to ensure equipment functionality. Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards of the facilities. Operate welding equipment for repairs and modifications as required. Maintain logic controllers and other automated systems to ensure optimal performance. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents. Document all maintenance activities accurately in the CMMS for record-keeping purposes. Experience Proven experience in a maintenance role or similar position is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively. Familiarity with CMMS software is advantageous. Experience in residential painting, electrical work, welding, and fabrication is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
