Summary We are seeking a Hotel Maintance Assistant to join our team at Hampton Inn Hickory. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and that guests have a pleasant experience. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our high standards of service. Responsibilities Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests. Support front desk operations by checking in guests and addressing their needs promptly. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any facility issues. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and requests effectively. Help supervise staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations and adherence to hotel policies. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to hospitality and facilities management. Requirements Experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Basic knowledge of electrical systems or logic controllers is a plus but not required. Leadership experience is beneficial for supervising staff effectively.
