un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ REO Maintenance and Preservation (Fayetteville) compensation: Per job completion Looking for someone to provide basic lawn maintenance preservation services and handyman services on foreclosed homes in Fayetteville NC / and surrounding areas Must have own tools, equipment, and transportation Must have 30 days working capital to get started( Pay is net 30days) Must be able to take adequate before / action/ and after photos on a cell phone and provide these photos to us Must be able to communicate issues and delays from site Must be able to accept work orders via email Must be able to photos with us on Dropbox Must be computer / smart phone savvy Great pay for the right person Must be able to start immediately post id: 7858105332 ♥ [ ]
