Pay:
$20 per hour Locally owned and operated day care and preschool with 3 locations in Chapel Hill and South Durham seeking a reliable maintenance worker/handyman. This is a temporary position, from approximately mid April through mid September. Duties include, but will not be limited to: Basic grounds and building maintenance (blow leaves, cleaning roofs, changing light bulbs, small repairs, parking lot cleaning, power washing) General handyman duties (landscaping, basic plumbing, basic electrical, knowledge of HVAC systems) Preventative maintenance Putting together toys and basic furniture as needed Assist with commercial remodeling projects
Requirement:
