MANAGER, OWNERS OBJECTIVE
Maintain the successful operation and quality of our play equipment, bathrooms, and all interior and exterior parts of our facility.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the operation of play equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on all motorized and non-motorized play equipment Troubleshoot malfunctions Remove or repair defective parts of equipment by using and hand and power tools Re-order parts as needed Oversee Maintenance Floor team who clean and sanitize bathrooms, main floor, equipment, party rooms, and lounge areas throughout the day Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipts Repair other equipment, fixtures, and furniture as needed Preserve functionality of the play equipment at all times Perform all checklist requirements in the play, bathroom, and lounge areas to maintain safe conditions at all times Monitor the facility’s conformity to local fire and safety regulations. Document safety concerns and communicate them with the General Manager Oversee overall safety and functionality of the facility at large Any other job tasks or duties as required by the General Manager Must be able to work some closing shifts (until 8:30pm) and some weekends
REQUIRED WORK EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
High School Diploma or equivalent Must be detail-oriented, a good communicator, have a good work ethic, and be able to work quickly and efficiently Must be very handy and have moderate to extensive knowledge about repairing equipment with moving parts, motors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.
