GOLF CLERICAL
Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel 1000 Club Road, Greensboro, NC 27407 The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel is currently hiring for a Golf Office Assistant to join our team!!! The position will entail a focus on administrative duties and tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in maintaining records related to golf course maintenance, equipment inventory, and scheduling. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to golf maintenance. Coordinate work schedules for maintenance associates, ensuring efficient coverage. Input data into relevant systems (e.g., maintenance logs, inventory databases). Assist with invoicing, tracking expenses, and processing payments. Assist in managing golf course equipment, including maintenance tools, mowers, and irrigation systems. Participate in inspections to identify area needing attention (turf health, irrigation leaks etc.) Work closely with the Golf Superintendent to execute maintenance plans.
Job Requirements :
Accuracy in record-keeping and communication is crucial. Ability to manage schedules, paperwork, and equipment efficiently. Familiarity with golf course maintenance practices is advantageous. Friendly and helpful demeanor when interacting with associates. Comfortable using office software for documentation and communication. Background check and drug screen are required.
