The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Fabricate components as needed to support maintenance activities. Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues effectively. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants. Lead small teams on specific projects or during peak maintenance periods, demonstrating strong leadership skills. Pool operating experience needed. Experience Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks is advantageous. Strong understanding of electrical systems, welding techniques, and fabrication processes is desired.
