• _ •What You’ll Be Doing as a

Maintenance Worker:

• + Perform routine building inspections and address minor repairs as needed + Assist with basic electrical repairs such as changing light fixtures, resetting breakers, or replacing outlets + Complete plumbing tasks including unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and replacing fixtures + Support HVAC maintenance like replacing filters, checking thermostats, and assisting technicians as needed + Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner + Maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment in patient rooms, offices, and common areas + Work alongside vendors and licensed professionals during larger repairs or projects + Keep maintenance logs and report issues to supervisors as required •

• Job Requirements:

• + 3+ years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or commercial setting + Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems + Comfortable using hand and power tools + Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols + Strong attention to detail and communication skills + Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods + Background check and and drug testing required •Ready to take control of the way you work?
