Qualifications:

High school diploma or Graduate of Technology. Some experience in Maintenance and power plant work preferred.

Responsibilities:

Perform various maintenance tasks related to building and grounds upkeep. Collaborate and work well with fellow team members. Show initiative in aiding wherever required. Assist in activities and tasks as directed by Supervisor. Promote a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
