  • Major Responsibilities
  • + Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas.

+ Assist with all repairs, preventative maintenance, refurbishing projects, and furniture/equipment moving. + Maintain the facility ground. + Ensure that the facility and its equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience. + Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills, as requested. + Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results.

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • + Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ Two (2) years’ experience as a building trade helper, apprentice or equivalent preferred. + You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
