The ideal candidate will assist in the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient environment. The Maintenance Helper will work closely with the maintenance team to support various tasks, contributing to the overall functionality of our operations. Responsibilities Assist in the maintenance and repair of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities. Care of parking lot and emptying trash. Care of pool maintenance.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants.
• Requirements Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and with customers. Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred but not mandatory. .
