The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various maintenance tasks, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are functioning optimally. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities, ensuring all systems operate efficiently. Utilize logic controllers and schematics to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems. Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain the aesthetic quality of facilities. Use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and repairs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance roles preferred. Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding logic controllers. Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent command of the English language for effective communication. Experience with CMMS is a plus. Background in residential painting is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and initiative.
