Clubhouse Maintenance – $17.50/hr | Full-Time – Southern Pines, NC 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Southern Pines, NC 28387 We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join the team at a private golf club in Southern Pines as a Clubhouse Maintenance Associate . This is a full-time position (40 hrs/week) with consistent hours and the opportunity to work in a clean, professional, team-driven environment. Position Overview As part of the clubhouse team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the facility’s appearance and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be responsible for both interior and exterior upkeep around the clubhouse and guest areas. Responsibilities include Light facility cleaning (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restocking) Patio/entryway maintenance Minor landscaping: blowing walkways, watering flowers, light pruning Setting up and breaking down furniture for events or daily operations Supporting the team with basic maintenance requests as needed Ideal Candidate Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow through on tasks without direct supervision Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Strong attention to detail and takes pride in presentation Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift Schedule & Compensation $17.50/hour Full-time (Monday-Friday) Weekly pay and consistent schedule
