Previous experience with commercial grade equipment (ex. zero turn mowers, weed eaters, chain saws etc.) is required, as well as the ability to troubleshoot problems related to said equipment. Candidates should have knowledge/experience with plumbing and construction repairs. Candidates should have and be able to provide a driver’s license and pass a pre-employment drug screening. This position requires a person who can work in extreme conditions outside (such as heat and/or cold), is self driven and willing to learn. Pay is negotiable and is based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Repair and maintain all commercial grade equipment. Inspect maintenance equipment for safety issues and report any problems to maintenance personnel. Monitor the condition of work sites for safety. Keep track of the location of equipment and tools, store them properly, and return them to their proper place when finished with them. Perform routine maintenance on heavy machinery. Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles. Understand basic auto mechanics, plumbing and construction. Summary As a Maintenance Worker, you will be essential in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities.
