Part-Time Groundskeeper / Maintenance Worker Sanctum1791 255 Preston Wells Rd, Holly Ridge, NC 28445 Sanctum 1791, a high-end country club dedicated to excellence in hospitality and facility standards, is seeking two reliable, detail-oriented individuals for part-time Groundskeeping and Maintenance positions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Mow, edge, and weedeat lawns and landscaped areas Perform outdoor and facility beautification tasks Remove trash and debris from grounds, common areas, and workspaces Clean and maintain exterior walkways, porches, and entry areas Support routine cleaning tasks in shared spaces as needed Assist with minor facility repairs, including: Basic carpentry and drywall patching Minor plumbing and fixture repairs General handyman work

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or custodial work Basic repair skills (carpentry, plumbing, painting, etc.) Ability to work independently with attention to detail Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability

Maintain a neat, professional appearance appropriate for a private club setting Conduct oneself respectfully and courteously at all times Adhere to cleanliness, safety, and confidentiality standards
