Maintenance Worker Holiday Inn 101 Wintergreen Drive, Lumberton, NC 28358 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, with a focus on both electrical and mechanical systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to troubleshoot electrical issues. Maintain and repair mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance. Interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot problems effectively. Manage maintenance tasks through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects and initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities. Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and replacements. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge. Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively. Leadership skills to guide team efforts in maintenance projects. Proficient in English for effective communication within the team and documentation purposes.
