Maintenance Lafayette Farms Clinton, NC 28328 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, demonstrating excellent customer service skills while performing various maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory. Execute residential painting tasks as required to maintain aesthetic quality. Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers and other automated systems. Read and interpret schematics to perform repairs accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally. Lead small teams on specific projects or during peak maintenance periods. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively. Familiarity with CMMS is a plus. Experience in residential painting is desirable. Leadership skills to guide team members effectively when necessary. Proficiency in English for clear communication with team members and tenants. Knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and logic controllers will be beneficial.
