Job Summary:
North Ridge Country Club is a private country club providing our members with premium club amenities. The facilities and maintenance team are dedicated to keeping the Club running smoothly, from our HVAC systems to our kitchen equipment and beyond. The Maintenance Assistant works under the direction of the Facilities Manager and takes pride in the work they do. The Club is open 6 days a week including weekends and holidays. The maintenance team services the Club seven days a week.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Performing routine preventative maintenance. Handling basic repairs and maintenance Handling tasks related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Overseeing the work of contracted vendors Attending training, safety programs, and staff meetings Cleaning and maintaining swimming pools Repairs and maintenance of kitchen appliances Responding to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion Keeping maintenance log and writing shift reports
Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
