Maintenance Assistant CGC for Bachrach Group Boone, NC 28608
Title:
Maintenance Assistant (Temporary)
Hours:
ON site Temporary Project Monday through Friday Boone, NC 7/05-8/31 8:00am-8:00pm $17.00 p/hr
Job Duties:
- Assist in the turnover process in all units.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and maintenance in the interior and exterior areas of the property and proactively communicate any problems to the appropriate party.
Examples of duties include:
- Picking up trash on the grounds
- Watering flowers, plants, and shrubs
- Swimming pool maintenance/cleaning
- Sweepings, blowing, or pressure washing breezeways, parking lots, and common areas
- Completes other tasks as directed and assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and write English fluently.
- Must be able to frequently walk and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to lift/move loads up to 50lbs as well as use a ladder.
- Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property and have reliable transportation to participate in on-call duties.
