• $2,400 per month Benson Bright Preservation is hiring individuals to do yard maintenance at 16 vacant homes throughout Wisconsin.

Duties include lawn mowing, weed whacking, and lawn edging. Equipment needed is a riding or zero-turn lawnmower, gas-powered weedeater, and blower or broom. You must have a smartphone to take before, during, and after photos of all work performed.

Compensation example:

• 8 yards per day = $600 per day
• 2 days per week = $1,200 per week
• 2 weeks per month = $2,400 per month, part-time Payment for work performed is sent weekly by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App.
