Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated maintenance person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.

Experience required:

1+ years in a similar maintenance capacity

Duties :

Perform all maintenance tasks as assigned Maintain a record of any updates/repairs Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical equipment (fixtures, televisions, etc.) to ensure optimal performance Work on the interior and the exterior of the property to ensure proper maintenance Painting, wall repair, caulking, and general property maintenance and upkeep Respond quickly and professionally to guest needs and requests Skills Proficiency in facilities general maintenance practices, including electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC.
