The ideal candidate will be responsible for landscaping all properties, running a plow truck and/or skid steer during the winter, and completing other light handyman and other tasks as assigned. This role requires a understanding of landscape maintenance and snow removal as well as the ability to work effectively in challenging weather conditions. This is a flexible position with room to grow into a supervisory role for the right candidate,. Duties Lawn mowing/ trimming, clean beds, weeding Operate snow plow vehicles to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and sidewalks. Perform routine maintenance on snow plowing equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition. Utilize hand tools and power tools for tasks such as digging and maintaining landscape features. Assist in lawn care and landscape maintenance during off-season periods, including mowing and hardscape projects. Follow safety protocols while operating machinery to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of yourself and others. Basic handyman knowledge is a plus and can fill hours completing other tasks as assigned if more hours are desired. Qualifications Proven experience in operating snow plow equipment or similar machinery is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices, including mowing, lawn care, and hardscape installation. Ability to work long hours during winter storms, including nights and weekends as needed. Comfortable using hand tools and power tools for various tasks related to landscape maintenance. A valid driver’s license is required; CDL certification is a plus.
