The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including mowing, and general upkeep of gardens beds and lawns. Hardscape and Softscape installs. Responsibilities Perform mowing of lawns and grass areas to ensure a neat appearance. Build and maintain garden beds, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Provide tree care services, including tree/shrub trimming and removal as needed. Carry out landscape maintenance tasks such as weeding and mulching. Utilize hand tools, mowers, and saws effectively for various landscaping tasks. Assist in lawn care activities including aeration, overseeding, and watering. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred but not required. Knowledge of lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
