Maintenance Parking Park Place Parking 3800 Atlantic Ave, Atlantic City, NJ 08401 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of facilities, including but not limited to garbage removal, landscaping, painting, power washing and drywall repair to more complex activities like electrical, heating and air-conditioning work, concrete and asphalt repair, snow removal, and plumbing. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and functional environment for all staff and visitors. Qualification Perform general maintenance tasks including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. Conduct residential painting to maintain the aesthetic quality of facilities. Execute facilities maintenance tasks, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. Experience in customer relations Ability to communicate professionally and effectively Willingness to be flexible Ability to handle challenging and at times emotionally charged situations Must be able to complete work in a satisfactory manner unsupervised Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness Excellent team building and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 30 pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift Responsibilities The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for all janitorial responsibilities for garages and surface lots ensuring they are maintained and cleaned on a daily basis Ensure parking facilities and parking & shuttle administrative offices are maintained and cleaned on a daily basis Responsible for general maintenance/groundskeeping of the garage and surface lots sweeping, wiping down surfaces and equipment, emptying trash, picking up trash, mopping, restocking supplies, etc Operate floor sweeper, scrubber, and other light- to medium-duty equipment to ensure areas are clean and safe Responsible for ensuring all daily duties on maintenance checklist are completed efficiently and in a timely manner Operate vehicle in a safe manner consistent with company policies as well as roadway rules and regulations at all times

$18.56 – $20.85 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week

Schedule:

10 hour shift 8 hour shift Weekends as needed
