General Maintenance Assistant 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 529 Cedar Ln, Florence, NJ 08518 We have a great opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Worker to join our team and assist in a broad range of maintenance responsibilities including building/minor construction, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, etc.

Required Schedule:

Monday-Saturday, Sundays as needed. Ability to work holidays/weekends, and overtime as required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assistance in maintenance of all refrigeration equipment in proper operating conditions Detect, locate and repair all malfunctions Responsible for replacing and repairing electrical items, light fixtures and outlet switches Replacing heating and cooling filters Interior and exterior painting Performs minor and major repairs of all buildings and equipment. Repairs/replacing any broken windows, doors, door locks, and ceiling tiles Installs electrical wiring and equipment, new electrical services During inclement weather maintain interior/ exterior of the facility Other duties as assigned

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

Must possess a valid driver license with acceptable record Minimum of 2 years prior general maintenance experience required Prior experience working in an industrial/plant setting Must possess high levels of mechanical skills Experienced at troubleshooting and offering recommendations/options Must have familiarity in general maintenance to include: Plumbing Electrical Refrigeration Snow removal Prior experience operating snow blow equipment, loader, backhoe, and various hand-tools Cream-O-Land is proud to be an equal opportunity, drug-free employer.
