Maintenance Operations & Purchasing Assistant Garden Communities Wharton, NJ 07885 Job Description Large Real Estate Development and Property Management firm looking for an Operations & Purchasing Assistant in the Maintenance Department at a large Apartment Complex. The position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Maintenance Office working closely with the Director of Maintenance Operations. Responsibilities and Duties Answer Phones Create Electronic Work Orders Interact with tenants in a professional manner Schedule appointment with tenants as needed Order Maintenance Supplies Perform online searches and price comparisons for Maintenance Supplies Manage and track Maintenance Supply inventory Manage and track appliance inventory database Interact with Maintenance team on a regular basis Provide support for special projects as directed Qualifications and Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Computer literate Experience with property management software preferred (not required) Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.00 – $22.00 per hour
