Maintenence Worker Holiday City West Homeowners Corp. 45 Cabrillo Boulevard, Toms River, NJ 08757 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our 55+ community clubhouse. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge base, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions as directed. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical systems, electrical components, and plumbing. Conduct residential painting as needed to maintain aesthetic standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in correspondence with the front office. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance. Proficient in using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools for troubleshooting electrical systems..
