Marina Yard Worker (Full-Time or Part-Time) Are you passionate about boats and love working with your hands? J&E Marine Repair, a full-service marina and service center, is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and experienced Marina Yard Worker to join our team! We’re not just looking for another employee—we want someone who’s ready to get in the water (literally and figuratively) and take pride in keeping things running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Bottom painting and prepping boats for the season Blocking and launching boats Removing shrink wrap Light mechanical work and assisting our mechanics Cleaning, polishing, and maintaining boats Yard maintenance and organizing tools, vehicles, and the shop

Who We’re Looking For:

Someone with marina or automotive experience (preferred) You have a valid driver’s license and your own basic hand tools You’re dependable, show up on time, and take pride in clean, quality work Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment Perks of the
