This role is essential for maintaining the overall functionality and safety of residential buildings. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the building, ensuring all systems are functioning properly. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. Coordinate and supervise repairs and maintenance tasks, both internally and with external contractors. Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns, providing exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Manage inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks. Experience Previous experience in building maintenance or a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair work. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents and team members. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to building maintenance.
