Responsibilities:

Be the hero our residents deserve by responding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring that all repairs and tasks are completed with efficiency and care. Perform a variety of maintenance duties, including but not limited to plumbing repairs, light carpentry work, painting, and groundskeeping. Keep our community sparkling clean and inviting by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas and resident rooms. Interact warmly and respectfully with residents, families, and staff, providing exceptional service and assistance with a smile. Assist with moving furniture, setting up for events and activities, and other physical tasks that require strength and agility. Collaborate closely with the maintenance team and other departments to ensure that resident needs are met and that our community operates smoothly.
