Turnover Technician Needed for New Luxury Apartment Community in Buffalo, NY BMW Management Company 628 Ellicott Street, Buffalo, NY 14203 We are searching for a skilled and experienced Turnover Technician for Buffalo’s premier Apartment building located in the Historic Trico Building in downtown Buffalo. Our new team members will be working with our experienced team of Turnover and Maintenance Technicians who are preparing apartments for new residents, assisting current residents with work orders and working to make the community look great! We are searching for a skilled and experienced Turnover Technician who thrives in a hands-on role to assist our superintendent in delivering exceptional service to our community. If you possess a keen eye for detail and are self-motivated this is an outstanding opportunity to work with a team to carry forward the legacy of excellence that defines the properties managed by BMW Management Co.

An ideal candidate will possess:

Experience in maintenance in a residential setting with a solid understanding of maintenance best practices. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and mentor others effectively when applicable. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues. In-depth knowledge of general maintenance practices, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, etc. Must possess skills and expertise in painting as well as all other areas related to completing timely and thorough apartment turnovers. Professional verbal and written communication skills enabling effective articulation with residents, team members and senior management. A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, with a focus on exceeding expectations. What if you don’t fit all the above? It’s o-kay! Your responsibilities will include:

Completion of day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained. Preparing apartments for new residents including painting and maintenance repairs Promptly addressing resident maintenance requests and providing exceptional customer service to ensure resident satisfaction. Participating in alternating on-call with other team members.
