Maintenance Worker Senior Citizens Overlook, Inc 45 Main Street, Bloomingdale, NY 12913 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and the ability to perform various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Maintain grounds on the premises, snow removal in the winter, lawn care in the spring and summer months. Perform routine maintenance in Apartments and common areas. Conduct residential painting tasks as required to maintain aesthetic standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing maintenance duties. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles. Must have a valid driver’s license. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in residential painting is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
