Job Description
Maintenance Worker 2.3 2.3 out of 5 stars 6131 Big Tree Road, Livonia, NY 14487 The Conesus Lake Nursing Home has a Full Time (40 hours a week) opening in our Building Maintenance Department. We are a 48-bed skilled nursing facility that is already established as an industry leader in the community. We have an active rehabilitation program and help many people to recover and regain independence in order to return to the community. As part of a family-owned network of nursing homes (Hurlbut Care Communities), we have access to some of the most respected experts in the long-term care field. 7:00am – 3:30pm with On Call responsibilities. May require some flexible scheduling for floor care on off shifts.
Qualifications:
Experience in minor electrical, plumbing and painting required Experience with Floor Care, Buffing, Stripping, Waxing Experience Carpet Cleaning and Extraction Maintenance experience in the Long-Term Care setting preferred Effective communication and collaboration skills are required Organizational stewardship and Excellent Customer Service Skills required
