High school diploma or GED Driver’s License Electrical experience Plumbing Entry level Full Job Description Community Healthcare Network is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Worker. The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for providing support to the Facilities Department in overall maintenance of facilities, equipment and minor construction.
JOB FUNCTION
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Troubleshoots minor maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement. Performs preventive building maintenance duties, caulks windows and doors, repairs and replaces broken windows. Reviews work requests, establishes priorities, delegate’s appropriate work and ensures progress of and completion of work in a safe environment. Installs, moves, repairs, and removes equipment and utilities within the building. Assists in overseeing outside contractors. Provides training to new and existing employees. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. Conducts a physical inventory of fixed assets and supplies semi-annually. Work with Finance department to conduct. Performs in-service classes to staff as assigned. Complies with Employee Health Service requirements. Facilitates related services for health center clients as appropriate with respect to their confidentiality and privacy. Drives Mail Van to and from clinics, hospitals or other locations as directed when required. Performs other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
