This is a year-round position, candidate must be able to work in all weather conditions. Must have experience in working on relevant projects and using equipment is essential. You must have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands. We offer paid time off, paid holidays, 401k, dental, vision and health benefits. We also offer a consistent work schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm. Property Maintenance staff must have experience in: Repair/trouble shoot electrical systems Basic electrical Installs Steel Framing Ceiling tiles/ Acoustical Ceilings Hanging Drywall Concrete experience General Carpentry experience Experience running heavy equipment properly and safely Experience with snow plowing for winter months

Additional Qualifications:

Must have experience using and controlling construction equipment including skid steer, excavator, front end loaders and snow plow equipment Experience in operating equipment like saws, drills, pneumatic hammers etc. Knowledge of mixing and pouring construction material (concrete, sand, grout etc.) Assists and performs semiskilled tasks of a general nature in connection with maintenance and repair as well as the upkeep of the ground’s property including mowing and snow plowing in winter months Assists and performs with installation, maintenance, repair and construction work in the basic building maintenance trades, such as carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and mechanics Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, sit, bend, twist and stretch along with the ability to be on your feet daily. Ability to lift and carry heavy materials if necessary. Must be able to handle repetitive motion tasks •
