Maintenance Assistant Position Available In Schenectady, New York

Maintenance Assistant Exclusive Schenectady, NY 12305 Maintenance Assistant responsible for all aspects of maintenance and apartment preparation for 140 unit complex. Maintain grounds, paint and clean apartments. Perform work orders and upkeep property. Some light plumbing and electrical. Must have a valid NY states drivers license and own vehicle. Salary is based on experience and will be determined upon hiring. Maintenance assistant will work directly under the Superintendent and property manager.
