About the
Role:
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Property Caretaker to oversee and maintain several residential, office, and Airbnb properties across Suffolk County, NY. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in organization, isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, and enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks.
What You’ll Do:
General Maintenance & Cleaning Light landscaping projects, snow blowing, and salting driveways and doorways. Garbage collection, dumpster loading, and weekly cardboard cleanup, periodic runs to dump and recycling facilities Restock and monitor supplies: toilet paper, soap, paper towels, cleaning products Notify admin team when supplies are low Small Repairs & Handy Work Basic home maintenance and handyman tasks Build simple furniture (e.g., desks, shelves) Address minor repairs at Airbnb units and homes Logistics & Errands Pick up/deliveries across Long Island (Suffolk and Nassau) Supply runs (Home Depot, Costco, etc.) Manage inventory and delivery of supplies for Airbnb properties Organize and clean the main office spaces

Nesconset What We’re Looking For:
Required:
Valid NY driver’s license Reliable vehicle (truck or van preferred) Ability to lift and load materials when needed Must pass a background check and drug test Bonus if you have: Experience caretaking Airbnb or multiple rental properties Comfort with light tech (filling out digital checklists, using Slack or email) Perks Weekly $100 gas reimbursement Paid hourly + overtime eligible Independence and flexible daily structure Variety of tasks – no two days are the same
