Maintance Best Western Owego Inn 20 Hickories Park Road, Owego, NY 13827 Hotel Maintenance Staff play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of a hotel by making sure that all facilities, utilities and equipment are in good working condition. They perform a variety of tasks related to maintenance and repair, but may also be responsible for handling guest requests and issues related to facilities and equipment. The duties and responsibilities of Hotel Maintenance Staff include: Perform routine inspections and maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment Identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues Carry out necessary repairs to ensure the smooth operation of hotel facilities Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints related to hotel facilities and equipment Work closely with other hotel departments to coordinate maintenance and repair work Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security protocols Keep detailed logs of all maintenance and repair work Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment Assist in the installation of new equipment and facilities Perform general cleaning tasks as required
