Maintenance Workers:

Job Responsibilities:

Perform general corrective and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the ongoing functionality of buildings and equipment. Assist in maintaining heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems to meet safety and regulatory standards. Participate in snow removal operations and be available for emergency calls as needed. Operate company vehicles and equipment safely to perform assigned duties.

Qualifications:

Basic working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Proficiency in operating power tools in a safe manner. Valid New York State driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles and equipment. Minimum of 2 years related work experience in maintenance.
