Maintenance Worker 1000 Acres Ranch Resort Stony Creek, NY 12878 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and operate smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be able to perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including fabrication, troubleshooting, and repairs. A commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively in English are crucial for success in this position. Duties Perform routine maintenance tasks on various systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or improvements. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to troubleshoot electrical issues. Maintain and repair residential painting, plumbing, and electrical systems. Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding less experienced team members during maintenance projects. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and inquiries. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and clients. Previous experience in painting or similar fields is a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
