Maintenance Worker AshleysSweetTreats 28 Sandford Boulevard West, Mount Vernon, NY 10550 We are seeking a dedicated Janitor/Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring that our facilitie is safe and well-cared for. ## Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, and other common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Perform minor maintenance tasks
• Notify management of any repairs needed
• Follow all health and safety regulations ## Requirements
• Experience in industrial cleaning, custodial work, or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects if required
