Porter/Maintenance Assistant The Eliot at New Rochelle 41 Lockwood Avenue, New Rochelle, NY 10801 Assisted Living facility located in New Rochelle is seeking Porter/Maintenance Assistant to join our team of caring professionals. Maintenance Assistant –
Full-Time Hours:
3pm – 11 pm
Duties :
Help maintain building and grounds. Identify needed supplies, and report interior/exterior problems of building and equipment. Perform handyman tasks and complete work order forms as needed. Store chemicals, tools, and equipment in a proper and safe manner. Repair or replace damaged or broken fixtures or equipment. Change HVAC filters. Assist with setup and cleanup for special events.
