Maintenance Worker Calibre Residential 1400 Martin Street, State College, PA 16803 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of maintenance . This job requires a self motivated person who can also follow direction, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on facilities, including electrical, plumbing, wall repair and painting Conduct inspections to identify issues and apply corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of repairs performed. work with office personal to coordinate maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities. Requirements Proven experience in maintenance or a related field. Ability to troubleshoot various daily maintenance issues. Ability to perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs. A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
