Description Responsibilities:
- General facilities maintenance -plumbing, electrical, changing light bulbs, etc.
- Be proactive in cleaning the facility interior/exterior, and complete cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Room set up/break down as needed.
- Grounds and pool maintenance as instructed.
- Actively participate in preventative maintenance program.
- Follow safety procedures/instructions for cleaning and mixing chemicals.
- Adhere to safety and risk management procedures and alert management of any safety violations or risk situations.
- Select and use appropriate tools and materials according to job specifications.
- Notify supervisor of supplies needed and inventory shortages.
- Complete projects according to schedule.
- Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.
- Ensure compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
