20 Hours/Week, 4 Hour Shifts, M-F Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance. This role is essential in ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and efficient environment for all users. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment and facilities. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems, utilizing schematics as necessary. Execute residential painting tasks as required to maintain aesthetic standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Assist in the installation and maintenance of logic controllers and other automated systems. Experience Proven experience in mechanical knowledge, electrical systems, and facilities maintenance. Familiarity with residential painting techniques is preferred. Strong understanding of schematics and ability to read technical drawings. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English. A logical approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
