Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn a variety of trades and grow their skillset in the field of property maintenance and remodeling. The ideal candidate should be coachable, hands-on, and ready to support experienced technicians on daily tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist technicians with daily work orders and projects including: Basic maintenance and repairs Light carpentry and drywall work Simple plumbing and electrical tasks Site cleanup and material handling Learn and apply skills in real-world job settings Follow instructions and safety protocols at all times Maintain a clean and professional appearance Help with loading/unloading tools and supplies

Ideal Candidate:

Is eager to learn and build a long-term career in the trades Takes direction well and is comfortable working independently when needed Has a strong work ethic, is punctual, and takes pride in their work Demonstrates a good attitude and works well in a team environment Is physically able to lift materials and work on their feet for extended periods Holds a valid driver’s license.
