Summary We are seeking a dedicated PT to join our team at Sarah A. Todd Memorial Home. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the facility’s operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our residents. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our mission of compassionate care. Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Assist in supervising maintenance staff and coordinating tasks effectively. Conduct inspections to identify issues and implement solutions promptly. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with other departments to support overall facility operations. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Electrical and mechanical knowledge is essential. HVAC, plumbing experience. Must possess trouble- shooting skills and ability to multi- task. Working 30-52.5 hrs in a 2 week pay period. 3 days/week. 5 hrs day, on call every 3rd week & weekend.
