(“Maintenance Associate” OR “Maintenance Assistant” OR “Entry Level Maintenance”) AND (mechanical OR equipment OR repair OR servicing OR troubleshooting) AND (“continuous improvement” OR “TLM” OR “maintenance program”) AND (“CMMS” OR “maintenance data” OR “work orders”) We are seeking a Maintenance Associate to support equipment maintenance operations within the Maintenance Base (MB) or Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE). The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing assigned maintenance tasks under the supervision of a Maintenance Technician or Supervisor, ensuring timely and efficient equipment readiness in alignment with operational demand.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assigned maintenance tasks as part of the Maintenance Program under direct supervision. Accurately log maintenance activities, parts usage, and labor data in the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) system. Adhere to all relevant TLM standards and safety protocols. Participate in continuous improvement (CI) efforts to enhance cost-efficiency and equipment availability. Build technical competency through the TLM Competency Management System. Support maintenance efficiency and productivity initiatives within the facility.

Requirements:

Entry-level experience in maintenance or mechanical environments preferred Familiarity with maintenance tracking or CMMS systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions Good communication and teamwork skills
