Maintenance Worker Primary Care & Pediatrics Punxsutawney, PA 15767 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. The Maintenance Person will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our internal teams and tenants. This position does require traveling. A company vehicle is provided along with a company gas card. Duties Basic electrician work (replace light bulbs, fixtures, breakers). Appliance repair/installation. Basic plumbing (faucets, drains, toilets, hot water tanks). Painting interior/exterior. Drywall repairs. Roof repairs. Flooring installation (vinyl & carpet). Basic HVAC repair Repairing/patching blacktop Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols while ensuring optimal performance. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or clients. Qualifications Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
