Are you an experienced handy person? Are you able to perform maintenance activities in any or all of the following areas: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, small equipment, or carpentry?
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform basic building repairs as assigned, with co-worker or independently. Troubleshoot equipment errors.
Perform basic mechanical repairs:
belt & filter replacement, clean coils. Repair leaky faucets and valves; open clogged drains. Provide routine and preventative maintenance. Strong Attention to Detail
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver’s license Efficient time management Troubleshooting skills Ability to multi-task Thoroughness Organizational skills
